The NDSU Bison basketball team will make their first NCAA Tournament appearance ever today and will do it in their FIRST year of eligibility! Its been a great year for the Bison and I’m sure they’ll give Kansas everything they’ve got. Go Bison! Here is my ten for Friday, March 20th 2009, which I guess is in part dedicated to Thundar:
- Fall Out Boy – Fall Out Boy’s Evening Out with Your Girl: “The World’s Not Waiting (For Five Tired Boys in a Broken Down Van)”
- Fall Out Boy – Folie a Deux: “Disloyal Order of Water Buffaloes”

- Patsy Cline – Classic Country: Early ‘60s: “I Fall to Pieces”
- Coldplay – Coldplay Unreleased: “See You Soon (acoustic)”
- Something Corporate – SoCo: “Pluck”
- Live – The Distance to Here: “Sparkle”
- Sum 41 – All Killer No Filler: “Handle This”
- Switchfoot – Oh! Gravity.: “Faust, Midas, And Myself”
- OK Go – Oh No: “Let It Rain”
- Franz Ferdinand – You Could Have It So Much Better: “Evil and a Heathen”
Not really a rocking list which fits an athletic competition. But hey, when you’re not picking the songs, you don’t decide the mood. Ben Woodside: OK Go says to “Let Make it Rain!”
The game starts at 12:30 EST. Boo Kansas!
What’s on your list for today?
